Lisa Teas

As I go walking through the ancient forest that I call home I find myself constantly inspired by all around me. The patterns created on tree bark by lichen, the soft breeze filled with a multitude of aromas, the raven's song ever changing and swirling with the rhythm of the forest, it is truly a magical place to live. And it is this energy and magic that pours through me into my sketch book. 

I was born and raised in Sitka Alaska, and love the intimate connection with nature that it has brought me. Translating that connection into my art is my greatest passion and I have always felt the urge to share it with others. Since 2011 I have been living my dream of being a freelance artist. I primarily sell my work through local and state wide craft fairs, and online.
